Ave Maria

In 2012, Ave Maria was struggling to break free from the chains of the Great Real Estate Recession when the developer hired B-Squared Advertising for a completely new branding and advertising campaign. Downplaying the town’s Catholic roots, we instead highlighted its USPs with materials including: sales center redesign, site signage, billboards, newspaper and magazine ads, television and radio spots, website design and other digital marketing efforts. In 2013, traffic was up 400% and sales topped out at 175 that year. In 2014, sales exceeded 225 homes, and in 2015, Ave Maria broke its record by exceeding the 275 sales mark, only to top that in 2016 with 320 sales.
